Minute Document Information

DOC to HTML changes made:

HTML is not a perfect match to a .doc file. So when we have to upload the file to the website we do many changes so that it looks nice to you. One of them is the spacing on the website. HTML requires paragraph commands to create paragraphs. So when we build the website we may not get everything perfect from the doc. Next we have to change certain characters such as slanted ” and longer - symbols. These are common in many doc files and cause weird errors.

To determine which pages have had formating changes look for “(…this document has been changed for the web…)” or any other wording that is given in the same context is evidence that it has been changed, If you wish to see the unaltered version then please download the file which will be linked on the page that the information was listed.

No changes will be made to the actual content of the file. However, any unneeded spacing, page format information, and/or double headers will be removed. Their also may be changes to the functionality of the content such as adding web links when appropriate.
