Legend For Minutes

NA = None Available

NA is where a minute or action list was never created. Either it was not needed, a meeting didn’t occur, or someone was just plane old lazy. Do not get this confused with NE.

ND = Not Digital

ND is where a minute or action list is still in paper format and has no current plan of being digitized. When the minute or action list is ready to be digitized it gets moved to NP.

NO = Not Online

NO is a general error and can be any of the below reason. It can be either a server is down that holds the files or the file has been moved on the server. We have the file and we just have not uploaded it to the site. We are waiting to deploy the minute or action list for legal, personal, security, or other reason. If you wish to know why please contact us.

NP = Not Processed

NP is where the file is intended to be digitized and we just have not compleated the action. If the file is compleate and just not approved to be fully relased to the public the status will get chaged to NO.

NE = Non-Existant

NE is where the file is existant, but not currently in our hands. Lost or something of the sort. It is assumed that it has been lost to time and therefore we give it the statement of Non-Existant. However, If found it will be either moved to ND or NP.
